Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete

Products & Services

Subie Shack offers handmade, custom, made-to-order, and aftermarket-inspired products.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

  • Limit quantities purchased

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations

Product colors, materials, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, handmade production, or material availability.

Custom Orders & Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all custom order details prior to production, including:

  • Spelling

  • Measurements

  • Colors

  • Artwork placement

  • Design requests

  • Vehicle compatibility information

Once a custom design is approved and production begins:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Additional changes may not be permitted

  • Refunds are not available except in cases of verified manufacturer defects

Custom hood prop orders include up to two (2) design revisions. Additional revisions may incur additional design fees.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Subie Shack reserves the right to:

  • Adjust pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders affected by technical or listing inaccuracies

Payment must be completed before production or shipment begins.

Shipping & Processing

Order processing times generally range between three (3) and seven (7) business days depending on:

  • Product type

  • Order volume

  • Customization requirements

  • Design approval timelines

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Subie Shack is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Customs processing

  • Events outside our control

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of custom products:

  • Custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Refunds or replacements are only provided for verified manufacturer defects or shipping damage

Customers must report defects within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs for review.

Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, graphics, photographs, branding, product layouts, and digital materials are the property of Subie Shack unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

Automotive Brand & Design Disclaimer

Certain products may reference or be inspired by automotive manufacturers, enthusiast culture, aftermarket styling, or recognizable vehicle aesthetics.

Subie Shack does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, logos, manufacturer branding, or OEM intellectual property.

Unless explicitly stated:

  • Products are not OEM products

  • Products are not officially licensed merchandise

  • Products are not exact reproductions

  • Products are independently produced fan-inspired or aftermarket creations

All referenced trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Subie Shack shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper installation or product misuse

  • Vehicle damage related to installation

  • Loss of use

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delayed shipments

  • Third-party service interruptions

Customers assume responsibility for verifying product compatibility and safe usage.

Prohibited Use

You may not use this website or its content:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To violate intellectual property rights

  • To submit false or misleading information

  • To interfere with website security or operation

  • To harass, abuse, or harm others

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access or cancellation of orders.
