Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Subie Shack is committed to providing high-quality handmade and custom products. Because many of our items are personalized or made-to-order, certain limitations apply regarding refunds, returns, exchanges, and design revisions.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.


Manufacturer Defects & Damaged Items

If an item arrives with a verified manufacturer defect or is damaged during transit, customers must contact Subie Shack within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

Once reviewed and approved, Subie Shack may offer one of the following remedies at its sole discretion:

  • Replacement item

  • Repair

  • Store credit

  • Refund

The following are not considered manufacturer defects:

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Customer misuse or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic variations inherent to handmade products


Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized items are created specifically for the customer and are non-refundable once design approval has been provided.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Spelling

  • Measurements

  • Colors

  • Artwork placement

  • Design details

  • Submitted descriptions or instructions

Once approval is received and production begins, no further modifications or cancellations may be made.


Custom Hood Prop Design Revisions

Custom hood prop orders include:

  • Up to two (2) complimentary design revisions

Additional revisions requested after the included two revisions will incur an additional design fee based on the time and complexity required for the requested changes.

Subie Shack reserves the right to invoice additional design charges prior to continuing production.


Custom Lanyard Keychains

Custom lanyard keychains are non-refundable and non-returnable for errors resulting from customer-provided information, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect spelling

  • Incorrect measurements

  • Incorrect colors

  • Incorrect descriptions or requests

If an order is completed using the information approved or submitted by the customer, replacement items will require the purchase of a new order.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item qualifies under the Manufacturer Defects & Damaged Items section of this policy.
